OregonPhotos Order Form: Prices and Ordering
Here is the basic
ordering process: locate your desired images in our Thumbnails
Gallery. Write down their listed titles carefully, just as shown
in the Web Gallery... If the image isn't in the Web Gallery, it
might be for sale on a special order basis (Please Email)
On-Line ordering
with your credit card? No, we don't take credit cards at this
time. However, we love PayPal, and urge you to use it (www.paypal.com).
Many of the images
you see on this 280+ page website could potentially be ordered
in many sizes and variations of quality; thus, one soon moves
into the complexity of custom prints, but do not despair, just
email me about your interests and we can talk. Note: some images
will not be available in any size, for various reasons which I
would be happy to tell you about...... A few prices for simpler

of your ordering will be accomplished through email.

OregonPhotos offers two types of prints, both considered
"high-end" types: Iris Glicee and Chromira.
Both types are
printed on expensive papers that mimic or surpass traditional
photographic prints. Both are printed by extremely expensive ($10,000+)
state of the art, computer-driven printers.
Chromira: Our
choice for lower cost and a traditional photograph look and feel
is "Chromira," Chromira prints are produced by ZBE Chromira
printers and printed onto Fuji Crystal Archive paper. The printer
exposes this photographic paper in 24-bit color using a proprietary
Resolution Enhancement Technology, which sharpens each pixel to
a visual resolution of 425 pixels per inch. Many customers exclaim
that the resulting print is both more vivid and sharper than their
original.
Prices for Chromira prints: $23 for 8x10 or 8x12
sizes. $39 for 11x14. $49 for 16x20 prints; shipping costs to
your area are additional on all sizes. Prints can be delivered
with protective laminate coatings and/or mounted on various board
stock at additional charge; please inquire for quotation. If you
live in the Portland, Oregon area I will be happy to arrange for
you to pick up your prints directly at my lab, thus saving yourself
all shipping and handling charges.
Iris Glicee: OregonPhotos
also offers absolutely stunning Iris
Giclee fine art prints (click for more) on heavyweight Watercolor papers; these
can be provided framed, if desired. Click the Iris link above
for details on prices and the Iris printing process. Our Iris
Glicee prints are printed by Pearl Publishing, which is a fully
certified Iris Glicee printing facility.
Life Expectancy
for digital photos depends on the technology of paper, ink and
printer, and expected lifetimes for both Chromira and Iris prints
are considered archival, at 50+ years.
Digital prints from digital
files.* OregonPhotos
can provide you images which are either "honest" to
the original negatives or slides, or , as in the "Wind Rivers"
